You deserve to feel at home in your body
Discover an approach to nutrition support rooted in compassion and free from diet culture
Weight-Inclusive
Diversity in body shape and size is a natural and beautiful part of being human. This perspective acknowledges that weight is not an indicator of health, and that people in all bodies deserve access to compassionate care.
Neurodivergent Affirming
Care is informed by the lived experience of neurodiverse folks and explores how neurodiversity might impact food relationship or eating habits with curiosity and respect. There is no “normal” or “right” way of eating, and all support is individualized.
Anti-Oppressive
Recognition that systems of oppression (such as racism, sexism, ableism, colonialism, etc.) create systemic barriers to health while also acknowledging the privileges I hold and how that shapes the lens through which I practice. This also includes actively advocating against these systems.
Areas of Focus

Food Relationship
How we relate to food and our body is complicated and shaped by our experiences, identities and cultural norms. If you are living with an eating disorder or challenging relationship with food, know that you are so deserving of support and that peace with food is possible.

Type 1 Diabetes
It is nearly impossible to live with type 1 diabetes and not have some disruption in your relationship with food. I work with folks to feel neutral with food and explore diabetes management options that allow flexibility without fear.

Type 2 Diabetes
When one of the first recommendations for managing a chronic condition is focused on lifestyle it can feel really challenging to stay neutral around food. I work with folks to continue or pursue body trust and intuitive nourishment without rigid food rules.

Prediabetes
I recognize that a diagnosis of prediabetes can come with a multitude of emotions. Our work together will explore the root of those emotions, challenge common misconceptions, and help manage your concerns without restriction or food rules.
